Payment Method
Full payment must be paid by the corresponding deadlines. All bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants.

The name and address of the participant should be clearly stated on the bank transfer. If payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (Early-bird Registration or Regular Registration rate), the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

Registration Cancellation Policy
A request on any changes or cancellation of the registration should be made to the Secretariat via email at reg@brain2025.org. Due to administrative issues, all refunds will be processed after the conference
